Anyway, as the leader of you clan, you have to pick a team of 4 participants + 2 subs. You can sub the any of the participating battlers at any time, for any reason, but be aware that once you sub a member out, he won't be able to participate untill the next round.

Each round will last about one month. It will be split into several mini-rounds. The number of the mini-rounds depends on number of participating clans. Either way, during each mini-round, the chosen battlers will battle members of another clan. The overall winner of the round (e.g, the one who gets 3 or 4 wins total) will gain 3 points. The loser will get none. In case of a draw, each clan will gain 1 point. The prizes are still to be set, but don't worry, they will be there
